Future-Proof Group Media is a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration No. 14123148 and whose Registered Office is at 63 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3XF, United Kingdom. This document is only available in English.

By accessing the Site, registering for an event, or purchasing a Conference Delegate Pass (“Pass”), you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site and enter into this Agreement.

ACCESS TO THE SITE
Access to the Site is provided on a temporary basis. We may suspend or withdraw the Site or portions of it without notice. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable. You are responsible for ensuring all users accessing the Site through your internet connection comply with these terms.

CONFERENCE PASS PURCHASE TERMS
You may purchase Passes through the Site. Orders are binding once payment is received. Prices are listed on the secure checkout page. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (www.stripe.com). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards.

SUBSTITUTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
You may substitute an attendee by notifying us in writing. Cancellations for conference bookings must be made in writing:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund
- 14 to 30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This policy does not apply to exhibition or media sales.

MARKETING
We may ask for your consent to send marketing materials about our events and publications. You may opt out at any time.

LIABILITY
We are not liable for personal property loss or damage at events. We may modify, postpone, or cancel an event without prior notice.

COMPLAINTS
We aim to resolve complaints promptly. Contact us at info@fpg.media and we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.

CHANGES TO TERMS
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply unless updates are legally required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal data and update it when necessary
- Ensure the card used for payment is authorised and has sufficient funds
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Avoid using the Site in a harmful or unlawful way
- Not copy or use our content without permission

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for having a working device, internet connection, and any software needed to access and use the Site.

MISUSE
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these terms. You may not re-register without our permission.

- Print pages for your records
- Print these terms
- Use Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
